Individual psychotherapy for children and teenagers ages 10 and above. Includes focus on social skills, relationships, management of LD/ADHD, non-verbal learning disabilities, anger, anxiety, panic disorder, bed wetting, school refusal, grief, depression, suicidal thoughts and substance abuse.

Individual psychotherapy for young adults, singles and couples. Includes focus on college stressors, transitioning into the workforce, anxiety, panic disorders, phobias, grief, depression, suicidal thoughts, marital struggles, family life and spiritual issues.
03.
Group and individual parenting seminars using the S.T.E.P. (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) model. This training is appropriate for parents who want to develop skills that increase their joy and effectiveness while developing their child's self-esteem and confidence. The training can be tailored for all families, including single parents, families going through divorce, blended families and adoptive parents.

Psychotherapy and support groups for parents, youth and adults. Parenting groups can focus on gifted children, children with learning disabilities, those with emotional regulation issues (angry, aggressive, depressed, etc.), and general parenting skills. Adult groups can focus on men's issues, depression, grief and anxiety, and more.

Individual and group psychotherapy for athletes, including children and adults. Topics include parenting gifted athletes in middle and high school; anxiety performance, depression, emotional recovery from injury, and relationship struggles with coaches and family. Also includes dealing with career-ending injuries, significant weight gain, family life and spiritual issues, and substance abuse and addiction.

Services include training universities and high schools on suicide prevention; development of internships and post-docs for university systems and private practices; supervision for interns and post-docs, and more.
